Our Adherence to Quality Guarantees Consistent Quality in Clinical Trial Executions and Outcomes

A New Era in Clinical Research Practices

"Continuing to do things the same way, expecting a different outcome is insanity!"

This thought-provoking quote from Albert Einstein perfectly captures the challenges within today's clinical research landscape. For too long, outdated approaches and a lack of inclusivity have hindered progress in developing therapies that truly serve everyone.

TruVision Clinical Research is here to change that narrative.

Our Story

TruVision Clinical Research Partners (TVCRP) was founded with a singular goal in mind—to revolutionize clinical trials through innovation, inclusivity, and excellence. Born out of a vision to bridge gaps in healthcare and ensure that every community has access to effective medical solutions, we specialize in designing and executing clinical trials that are not only inclusive but also aligned with the highest industry standards.

Every breakthrough in medicine relies on accurate, representative data, and at TVCRP, we’ve made it our mission to ensure that clinical trials reflect the diversity of the populations they aim to serve. Guided by this principle, we’ve developed a holistic approach to trial management that prioritizes aggressive recruitment of underrepresented subpopulations, patient retention, and cutting-edge technological integration.

At TVCRP, we dare to do things differently, championing change in an industry that is vital to the future of global healthcare.

Our Clinical Research Consortium Accelerates Trials

Our Clinical Research Consortium is a strategic alliance of clinical sites, contract research organizations (CROs), and industry sponsors—working together to transform how clinical trials are designed and executed. With a shared commitment to innovation, speed, and quality, the consortium streamlines operations across the trial lifecycle and ensures a more connected, efficient, and patient-centric research model.

A core pillar of our consortium is our Decentralized Clinical Trial (DCT) capability, which empowers sites and sponsors to reach broader, more diverse patient populations. Through remote monitoring, telemedicine, home health services, and digital data collection, we reduce participant burden, accelerate recruitment, and improve retention—all while maintaining data integrity and regulatory compliance.

Seamless Collaboration for Faster, Smarter Clinical Trials

By integrating site-level expertise, CRO operational infrastructure, and sponsor-driven innovation under a unified governance model, the consortium supports early protocol input, harmonized workflows, rapid site activation, and real-time data sharing. This collaborative framework leads to faster startup, better patient engagement, and lower trial costs - bringing therapies to market more efficiently.

Together, we are redefining what's possible in clinical research.

Our Founder

Brian A. Stone MD, FACS

Dr. Stone has dedicated nearly four decades to advancing the fields of urology and clinical research, with a focus on diversity and inclusivity in healthcare. After completing his medical training in general surgery and urology at Montefiore Medical Center and Albert Einstein College of Medicine, he pursued two fellowships in Neuro-urology and male sexual dysfunction, further solidifying his expertise.

Early in his career, Dr. Stone played a pivotal role as co-principal investigator in a groundbreaking clinical trial for BPH medication in 1988. This pivotal experience marked the beginning of his passion for clinical research. He left his residency to join the faculty at the College of Physicians and Surgeons at Columbia University in the Department of Urology, where he served as the principal investigator for numerous pharmaceutical, biotech, and device trials.

A consistent advocate for inclusivity in clinical science, Dr. Stone has focused much of his work on addressing disparities in research and patient recruitment. Troubled by the lack of representation of African Americans, Hispanics, and Asians in pivotal clinical trials, he has been a vocal champion for the inclusion of diverse populations in studies to ensure results are applicable across all groups.

Dr. Stone's commitment to inclusive research extended to his work as a contributor to the African American Familial Prostate Cancer sub-study of the Human Genome Project, under the leadership of renowned researchers Drs. Francis Collins, John Carpten, and Rick Kittles. Through this project, he witnessed firsthand how representation at all levels of research—from study design to execution—is essential to recruiting and retaining minority populations in clinical trials while mitigating researcher bias.

Dr. Stone’s impact extends beyond research. He spearheaded the creation of the Black Health Network in 1996, at a time when culturally sensitive health resources were scarce. The success of this initiative led to partnerships with companies like Amgen, for whom he recruited Black urologists and radiation oncologists to participate as principal investigators in a Phase 3 study involving Abarelix for prostate cancer. This collaboration not only surpassed recruitment goals among African Americans but also fueled Dr. Stone’s deep interest in clinical trial diversity and accessibility.

Additionally, Dr. Stone had the privilege of collaborating with Dr. Harold Freeman at Harlem Hospital, where he contributed to the groundbreaking "Clinical Navigator" model in breast cancer care. This work exemplified his commitment to bridging barriers that prevent underserved communities from accessing equitable healthcare.

These extensive experiences culminated in the establishment of TruVision Clinical Research Partners (TVCRP), a business model that prioritizes operational excellence, aggressive and inclusive recruitment methodologies, and cutting-edge technology to accelerate clinical trials. Dr. Stone’s leadership at TVCRP reflects a lifetime of dedication to ensuring that life-changing therapies reach broader populations more efficiently.

Our Leadership Team

TVCRP's leadership team reflects the community it serves by having multidisciplinary professionals including medical professionals, technology professionals and entrepreneurs with lived experience that informs a culturally competent approach to clinical trial design, execution and patient recruitment. Our team members are actively engaged with all relevant communities to ensure cultural, racial and ethical considerations are considered.

TVCRP's deep cultural competency and sensitivity in recruitment, patient engagement and retention strategies lead to greater engagement and participation from underrepresented groups. Many leading competitors (e.g. Medable or Parexel have diversity goals but do not incorporate the level of cultural competency that TVCRP's leadership brings.
